GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed both, domestically & internationally, are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order and we may contact you to confirm this before shipping your order. We would also provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched and will do our best to provide you with any assistance you may require post dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME

Domestic Orders:  We try our best to dispatch the shipment within 1 day - 4 days from the date of the order. Our orders take anywhere from 5 – 10 days to be delivered from the date of dispatch. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

International Orders: We try our best to dispatch the shipment within 1 day – 5 days from the date of the order. Our orders take anywhere from 7 – 20 days to be delivered from the date of dispatch. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or fees you may incur during deliver, however this is an incredibly rare occurrence.

Please ensure that you have your We Exist order shipped to a secure address. We recommend shipping to an address where there is likely someone present to receive the package especially if you are placing a COD order within India. We are not responsible to replace missing packages that have been delivered to unsecure addresses.

DELIVERY TIME FOR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Should you choose the option of personalisation on a product, it can take upto 7 days to dispatch in addition to the above-mentioned delivery time. This is applicable to both domestic & international orders.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are applicable to all domestic & international orders. The  charges will be applied at the time of checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

As we specialise in small batch production, we unfortunately, do not have a return option for our products. 

However, we do want you to be happy with your We Exist purchase, so if it's not a perfect fit we can make an exception to exchange it, subject to certain terms & conditions. We accept request for exchanges only within 5 days of your product(s) delivery. The request for the exchange can be sent to info@weexist.in

We ask that the following requirements are met:

  • The product(s) must be in original condition, brand new, not worn outdoors or altered in any way (no marks, dirt or pet hair)
  • The products must be shipped back to us via a reliable courier service, in the original We Exist packaging, to ensure the safety of the product(s) on its way back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s) you purchased (unless damaged/defective). We will provide you with the full address when we hear from you at info@weexist.in about the exchange.
  • We will charge courier charges (only at actuals) for dispatching the exchange product from our end.
  • If the product is a sale, perishable, food, skin care or personalised item or if it is a part of special bundle package or gift box, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
